Job description

We are seeking a Scaffolding & Fabrication Engineer responsible for the engineering, design, planning, supervision, and execution of scaffolding systems and fabrication activities for construction, maintenance, shutdown, and industrial projects. The role requires ensuring that all scaffolding and fabricated structures are safe, compliant with applicable standards, structurally adequate, and delivered according to project requirements and schedule.

Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional certification in scaffolding/temporary works is an advantage.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in scaffolding engineering, fabrication, construction, oil & gas, petrochemical, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with engineering drawings and fabrication documentation.
• Knowledge of relevant scaffolding and structural standards and local HSE requirements.
• Experience with AutoCAD is required; knowledge of structural design software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of welding, steel fabrication, materials, and quality-control requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering, structural, piping, and fabrication drawings.
