Assist the project manager with on and off site meeting pertaining to the technical issues
Liaise with Professional Engineer and consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
Handling of technical and engineering problems
Provide guidance to supervisors, ensure progress according to schedule
Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time
Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safe and neat
Supervise ongoing site activities closely.
Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities.
Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project.
Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule.
Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant chartered engineer status is highly advantageous.
Minimum of 3-6 years of progressive experience in construction and fit-out projects.
Demonstrated expertise in reading and interpreting complex architectural and structural drawings.
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and a diverse workforce effectively.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera Pand CAD tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing site conditions.
Physical stamina to work on active construction sites, including the ability to climb, lift, and stand for extended periods.
