Coordinate and implement road safety programs in compliance with ADNOC and UAE regulations.
Conduct road safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Monitor driver compliance with road safety policies and defensive driving standards.
Deliver road safety awareness sessions and toolbox talks.
Prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in road safety, fleet operations, HSE, or transportation.
Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE requirements, UAE traffic regulations, and road safety standards.
Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
