Key Responsibilities Create new seasonal collections that align with ELLY DUBAI’s identity and brand direction. Create detailed design tech packs (including measurements, construction notes, fabric details, and embellishment specifications) for handover to the pattern maker and production team Develop mood boards, sketches, and color stories for upcoming drops. Source and select fabrics, trims, and embellishments in coordination with the production team. Work closely with pattern makers and tailors to ensure perfect fit and finish. Oversee sampling and provide detailed feedback during fittings. Research global fashion trends Participate in campaign concepting, photoshoot styling, and lookbook planning. Assist in design-related aspects of wholesale collaborations and capsule projects.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.3+ years of experience in women’s fashion (modest fashion experience preferred). Strong technical knowledge of fabrics, construction, and embroidery. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva Attention to detail, creative flair, and the ability to manage multiple projects. A strong sense of style and understanding of ELLY DUBAI’s brand DNA.
