Economic Acceleration Advisor - Dubai
Contract: 12-month rolling Salary: up to AED 60,000/month + visa + medical insurance + annual leave (UAE labour law)

A high-impact strategic unit in Dubai working at the centre of the emirate's economic-growth agenda is hiring an Economic Advisor to identify, validate and scope high-value economic "unlocks" and drive them from problem to solution in rapid quarterly sprints.
This is a role for a top-tier strategy operator who thrives on pace, ambiguity and stakeholder-heavy problem-solving someone who can walk into a sector pain point, structure it, benchmark global best practice, design a viable solution, and secure buy-in from senior business owners to hand it over for implementation.
What you'll do Run research, expert calls and stakeholder interviews to deeply understand sector-specific challenges Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to validate pain points and scope the problem Benchmark comparable local and global solutions and best practices Design tailored, innovative, feasible solutions and pressure-test them with cross-functional teams Present recommendations and secure alignment and buy-in from senior stakeholders and business owners Facilitate clean handover to implementing partners, supported by a PMO team
What we're looking for Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration or a related discipline Minimum 10 years in management consulting, economic policy, business analysis or a related field MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or Big Four strategy background strongly preferred Proven strength in project scoping, structured problem-solving, strategic analysis and solution design Strong grasp of economic-development trends, policy benchmarking and business-improvement methodologies Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-driven environment Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential
