We are hiring: Senior Design Manager | Abu Dhabi
IMKAN Properties is looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead design management across a portfolio of projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and development activities across the project lifecycle Manage design consultants, deliverables, budgets, timelines and quality Coordinate with Development, Projects, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Sales teams Liaise with external consultants, contractors and other stakeholders Lead design reviews, technical coordination and project presentations
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture, Engineering or Master Planning Strong developer/client-side design management experience Proven experience managing consultants and multidisciplinary projects Strong technical, design review, budget and project delivery skills Good knowledge of UAE authority regulations Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit/Navisworks and MS Office UAE real estate development experience is preferred
