Head of Secondary Market – Real Estate We are looking for an experienced Head of Secondary Market to build and lead our resale team in Dubai. Responsibilities:Build, manage and grow the secondary market team Recruit and train high-performing brokers Drive listings, transactions and team revenue Set sales targets and monitor performance Support brokers with negotiations and deal closing Develop strong relationships with sellers, buyers and investors Requirements:Strong Dubai secondary market experience Proven team leadership and sales track record Excellent market knowledge and negotiation skills Target-driven and commercially focused We Offer:With direct report to CEO, strong management support, marketing, leads and the opportunity to build a boutique premium secondary market team.
