1. Perform chemical analysis and laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.

2. Conduct routine quality control testing according to approved specifications and test methods.

3. Develop, improve and optimize chemical formulations and manufacturing processes.

4. Support new product development and product improvement activities.

5. Prepare laboratory samples, reagents, solutions and maintain proper laboratory records.

6. Monitor production batches and provide technical support to the manufacturing team.

7. Investigate quality issues, deviations and non-conformities and assist in identifying root causes and corrective actions.

8. Ensure proper documentation of test results, batch records, specifications and laboratory reports.

9. Maintain and update SOPs, specifications, test methods and quality documents.

10. Ensure laboratory and production activities comply with applicable GMP, ISO/QMS and safety requirements.

11. Assist with DIN/product standard requirements, where applicable.

12. Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance and R&D teams.

13. Ensure proper handling, storage and disposal of chemicals in accordance with safety procedures.

14. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration/maintenance requirements are followed.

15. Support customer technical queries and product-related investigations when required.

The candidate will be responsible for laboratory analysis, quality control, product formulation, production support, and maintaining compliance with applicable GMP, ISO and quality management requirements.
