Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using clinical interviews, psychometric tests, and direct observation.
Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for mental health and behavioral conditions.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to assistant psychologists and other clinical staff when required.
Provide psychoeducation and support mental health awareness initiatives.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Stay updated with current research and best practices in Clinical Psychology.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
Current DHA license to practice as a Psychologist in Dubai.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mental health and/or addiction treatment.
Strong experience in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and treatment planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
