Desired Candidate Profile
Working hours / shifts: Nine hours per day, five days per week, with two days off. Standard shifts are 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. On-call coverage is required for one week per month between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM, with occasional onsite night support
Exact work location: Initially based at Mediclinic City Hospital, Dubai Healthcare City, with scheduled travel and support across Mediclinic facilities in Dubai
specific skills, licenses, or additional requirements:
UAE National with Family Book
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ICT or a related field
Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of service desk support, incident logging and escalation
Good customer service and communication skills
Willingness to travel between Dubai sites
Willingness to participate in shifts, on-call coverage and occasional night support
