• Supervise all on-site civil and interior finishing works including partitioning, gypsum work, flooring, painting, false ceiling, and carpentry

• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and site engineers to ensure work matches approved drawings and specifications

• Monitor daily progress, material usage, and manpower allocation on site

• Ensure work quality, safety standards, and timelines are strictly maintained

• Identify and resolve on-site issues, snags, and coordination clashes between trades (civil, MEP, joinery, etc.)

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management and clients

• Liaise with clients/consultants on site to address queries and updates

• Ensure compliance with local municipality and safety regulations

• Maintain proper documentation: material delivery records, work completion certificates, and snag lists

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of GCC experience in civil supervision, preferably in interior fit-out/decor projects

• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works (partitions, false ceiling, flooring, painting, etc.)

• Ability to read and interpret architectural/interior drawings

• Good coordination and communication skills with contractors, vendors, and clients

• Valid UAE driving license preferred

• Immediate joiners preferred
