Prepare laboratory reagents and standard solutions according to approved procedures where required.
Ensure chemicals, samples and reagents are properly identified, labelled and stored in designated locations.
Maintain current Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensure they are readily accessible for chemicals used in the

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Laboratory Technology or a related technical/scientific discipline.
Experience:
Preferably 3+ years of proven laboratory experience, and in operating laboratory equipment and potentially dangerous / hazardous substances (flammable liquids, corrosive, alkaline products, biohazards etc.), ideally within drilling fluids, oilfield chemicals, petroleum services, chemical manufacturing or a related industry.
