DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES | ABU DHABI

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Director of Human Resources to join the leadership team of this well-established Hotel & Residences in Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for a strong, commercially minded HR leader with a solid UAE hospitality background and proven experience leading the full HR function within a hotel environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the overall HR strategy and function

• Recruitment, workforce planning and talent management

• Employee relations, engagement and retention

• Performance management and succession planning

• Compensation & benefits and HR budgeting

• HR policies, compliance and employee wellbeing

• Leading, developing and mentoring the HR team

• Working closely with the Executive Committee and operational leadership

The ideal candidate will have:

✔️ Proven experience as an HR Director / senior HR leader within hospitality

✔️ Strong UAE experience and knowledge of local employment practices

✔️ Excellent leadership and people-management skills

✔️ Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management capability

✔️ A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational level
