يتضمن هذا الدور مساعدة عملاء الخدمات المصرفية للأعمال في رحلة انضمامهم في أقصر وقت ممكن مع ضمان الالتزام التام بضوابط البنك ومعاييره. وتتضمن المسؤوليات الرئيسية زيادة عدد طلبات الحسابات المكتملة بنجاح كل شهر إلى الحد الأقصى، وتوليد أرصدة الالتزامات ودخل الرسوم للبنك، وتقديم الإرشادات للعملاء عند الحاجة، وتولي المسؤولية الشاملة لكل طلب من البداية إلى النهاية.
Job description
The role involves assisting Business Banking clients with their onboarding journey in the shortest possible time while ensuring complete adherence to the bank’s controls and standards. The key responsibilities include maximizing the number of account applications successfully completed every month and generating Liability balances and Fee income for the bank, providing guidance to clients when required, and taking end-to-end ownership of each application
