Job Description
- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the management, ensuring that operational updates, guest feedback and any concerns are promptly communicated.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items.
- Prepare and check tables before service.
- Support the head waiter with mise en place, table resetting and preparation before and during the service.
- Ensure that all Company practices and procedures are met when delivering food from the kitchen to the Guest.
- Ensure that all cleaning duties are completed in allocated times to the Company standards
- Complete all opening and closing procedures.
- Set up and maintain tables, stations and service areas according to hotel/ restaurant standards.
- Be assertive and attentive at ALL times.
- Have thorough knowledge of all product and service procedures.
- When presenting the food or beverages to the guests, ensure to present the dishes according to the hotel/ restaurant standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One to two years in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel
- Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
- Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork

- تقديم خدمة ودودة ولائقة ومحترفة في جميع الأوقات.
- الحفاظ على تواصل واضح وفعال مع الإدارة، مع ضمان إبلاغها الفوري بالتحديثات التشغيلية وآراء الضيوف وأي ملاحظات.
- المعرفة التامة بجميع أصناف قائمة الطعام.
- تجهيز الطاولات وفحصها قبل بدء الخدمة.
- دعم رئيس النادلين في أعمال التحضير (mise en place)، وإعادة ترتيب الطاولات وتجهيزها قبل وأثناء الخدمة.
- الالتزام بكافة ممارسات وإجراءات الشركة عند تقديم الطعام من المطبخ إلى الضيف.
- التأكد من إتمام جميع مهام التنظيف في الأوقات المحدد وفقاً لمعايير الشركة
- إتمام جميع إجراءات الافتتاح والإغلاق.
- إعداد وصيانة الطاولات ومحطات العمل ومناطق الخدمة وفقاً لمعايير الفندق/المطعم.
- اليقظة والانتباه التام في جميع الأوقات.
- الامتلاك لمعرفة شاملة بجميع المنتجات وإجراءات الخدمة.
- عند تقديم الطعام أو المشروبات للضيوف، احرص على تقديم الأطباق وفقاً لمعايير الفندق/المطعم.
المؤهلات
- الحصول على شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها أمر مطلوب
- خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين في وظيفة تتطلب التعامل المباشر مع الجمهور، ويفضل أن تكون في فندق راقٍ أو يتبع لعلامة تجارية عصرية
- التمتع بأسلوب راقٍ وودود وممتع
- القدرة على القيام بمهام متعددة، والعمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة، والاهتمام العالي بالتفاصيل
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية قوية باللغة الإنجليزية
- الحفاظ على علاقات عمل إيجابية ومثمرة مع الموظفين والأقسام الأخرى
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والتعاون مع الآخرين لتعزيز بيئة العمل الجماعي
