نحن نبحث عن مهندس DevOps موهوب للانضمام إلى فريق هندسي متنامٍ يقدم حلولاً تكنولوجية مبتكرة عبر مجموعة من بيئات المؤسسات. هذه فرصة مثيرة للعب دور رئيسي في بناء وأتمتة وصيانة بنية تحتية قابلة للتطوير مع قيادة التحسين المستمر عبر عمليات التطوير والعمليات التشغيلية.
من خلال العمل عن كثب مع مهندسي البرمجيات، والمهندسين المعماريين، وفرق ضمان الجودة، وأصحاب المصلحة من العملاء، ستساعد في تقديم منصات موثوقة وآمنة وعالية الأداء مع دعم البيئات الحسابية السحابية والحاويات.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تصميم وتنفيذ وصيانة بيئات بنية تحتية قابلة للتطوير لتطوير البرمجيات واختبارها وإنتاجها.
- بناء وإدارة خطوط أنابيب CI/CD لتمكين تسليم البرمجيات بشكل كفء وآلي.
- التعاون مع فرق التطوير لتبسيط عمليات البناء والنشر والإصدار.
- دعم عمليات نشر البرمجيات، بما في ذلك أنشطة التنفيذ داخل بيئات العملاء.
- مراقبة أداء النظام وتحسين التوافر والموثوقية والقابلية للتطوير بشكل استباقي.
- تنفيذ وصيانة ممارسات إدارة التكوين عبر بيئات متعددة.
- إدارة التطبيقات الحاوية باستخدام Docker وKubernetes.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق الأمن لضمان التزام البنية التحتية والتطبيقات بأفضل ممارسات ومعايير الأمان.
- استكشاف أخطاء البنية التحتية والنشر والأداء وإصلاحها.
- قيادة مبادرات الأتمتة لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وتقليل الجهد اليدوي.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث تقنيات DevOps، والخدمات السحابية، وأفضل الممارسات في هذا المجال.
المهارات والخبرات المطلوبة
- خبرة تتراوح بين 2 و5 سنوات في مجال DevOps، أو هندسة السحابة، أو هندسة موثوقية الموقع (SRE)، أو دور مماثل.
- فهم قوي لدورات حياة تطوير البرمجيات وأفضل ممارسات DevOps.
- خبرة عملية في منصات السحابة العامة مثل AWS أو Microsoft Azure أو Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- خبرة في كتابة البرامج النصية والأتمتة باستخدام لغات مثل Python أو Bash أو ما شابه ذلك.
- خبرة مثبتة في أدوات CI/CD بما في ذلك Jenkins، أو GitLab CI/CD، أو CircleCI، أو ما يعادلها.
- معرفة قوية بتقنيات الحاويات والتنسيق، وخاصة Docker وKubernetes.
- فهم مفاهيم الشبكات بما في ذلك TCP/IP، وDNS، وموازنة الأحمال، وجدران الحماية.

DevOps Engineer

About The Role
We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join a growing engineering team delivering innovative technology solutions across a range of enterprise environments. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building, automating, and maintaining scalable infrastructure while driving continuous improvement across development and operations processes.
Working closely with software engineers, architects, QA teams, and client stakeholders, you will help deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing platforms while supporting cloud-native and containerized environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure environments for software development, testing, and production.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and automated software delivery.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline build, deployment, and release processes.
- Support software deployments, including implementation activities within client environments.
- Monitor system performance and proactively optimize availability, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement and maintain configuration management practices across multiple environments.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work closely with security teams to ensure infrastructure and applications adhere to best-practice security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance-related issues.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Stay current with emerging DevOps technologies, cloud services, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and DevOps best practices.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Relevant certifications such as:
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
