WSP Middle East are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced
Senior Architect (Technical) to join our growing Technical Architecture Team within the Property & Buildings (P&B) Business Unit, based in the UAE.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically driven Architect with 8+ years of experience to contribute to the delivery of complex, high-profile developments across the Middle East. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading technical design, multidisciplinary coordination, construction documentation, and design compliance throughout all stages of project delivery.
As part of a collaborative and internationally recognised design team, you will help shape innovative and sustainable solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, residential, healthcare, education, aviation, and public sector developments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development and delivery of architectural projects from concept through construction.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed design packages, technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, international codes, and project-specific requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior Design, and Specialist Consultants.
- Support BIM implementation and technical design coordination across projects.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, RFIs, and construction-stage technical queries.
- Drive technical excellence, quality assurance, and design consistency across project deliverables.
- Mentor and support junior architects and technical team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 8+ years of professional architectural experience, with a strong emphasis on technical design and project delivery.
- Proven experience within a leading architecture, engineering, or multidisciplinary consultancy environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit, BIM workflows, AutoCAD, and construction documentation.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous Middle East project experience is highly desirable.

المسؤوليات
- قيادة التطوير التقني وتنفيذ المشاريع المعمارية من المفهوم وحتى التشييد.
- إعداد ومراجعة وتنسيق حزم التصميم التفصيلية، والرسومات التقنية، والمواصفات، ووثائق التشييد.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح السلطات المحلية، والكودات الدولية، والمستلزمات الخاصة بالمشروع.

- تعزيز التميز التقني، وضمان الجودة، والاتساق في التصميم عبر مخرجات المشروع.
- توجيه ودعم المعماريين المبتدئين وأعضاء الفريق التقني.
المؤهلات
- شهادة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية.
- خبرة مهنية في الهندسة المعمارية تتجاوز 8 سنوات، مع تركيز قوي على التصميم التقني وتنفيذ المشاريع.
- خبرة مثبتة في بيئة استشارية رائدة في مجالات الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة أو متعددة التخصصات.
- معرفة عملية قوية ببرامج Revit، ومسارات عمل BIM، وAutoCAD، ووثائق التشييد.
- مهارات ممتازة في التنسيق والتواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- يُفضل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في مشاريع بمنطقة الشرق الأوسط.
