الغرض من الوظيفة
- مدير المنتج هو مهني مسؤول عن تحديد الأولويات وقبول العمل الناتج عن الفريق لضمان الأداء الأفضل والأكثر قيمة للمنتج.
- مسؤول عن تطوير مفاهيم المنتج وإنشاء متطلبات المنتج وتحديد المواصفات
- يتعاون مع مصممي تجربة المستخدم (UX) لابتكار منتجات سهلة الاستخدام وترتبط عاطفياً وتلبي توقعات المستخدمين
- مسؤول عن تقديم ميزات المنتج الصحيحة في الوقت المناسب وتعظيم أداء فريق التطوير
المسؤوليات الرئيسية للنتائج
- مسؤول عن نجاح التسليم، ويمتلك قائمة مهام المنتج الكاملة (Product Backlog) وأنشطة التسليم، ويشمل ذلك إعداد فرق التطوير والاستجابة لأسئلة فريق التطوير فوراً
- يضمن أن تكون قَصص المستخدم (Stories) جاهزة قبل بدء دورة العمل (Sprint) بما يتوافق مع تعريف الجاهزية ووجود معايير قبول واضحة
- يدير قائمة مهام المنتج ويحدد أولوياتها جنبًا إلى جنب مع مدير المنتج بما يتوافق مع رؤية المنتج واحتياجات العميل
- يعمل كصلة وصل بين فرق العمل والتطوير لتقديم قيمة مستمرة
- يراجع التصاميم البصرية التي طورها فريق تجربة المستخدم (UX)
- يراجع حالات الاختبار التي كتبها فريق ضمان الجودة (QA)
- يواكب اتجاهات السوق والتقنيات الجديدة في المجال، ويجري البحوث والتحليلات المقارنة مع المنافسين للتوصية بأفضل الممارسات
- يراقب أداء فرق التطوير والمنتج ويرفع أي انحراف محتمل في الأداء إلى مديري المنتجات
- يمثل الشركة (ISA) في اجتماعات العملاء، ويستطلع الآراء حول المنتجات والخدمات بانتظام
- يؤدي أي مهام إضافية أخرى وفقاً لتوجيهات مدير المنتج أو مدير المنتجات الرئيسي
- يقوم بدور مدير المنتج 2 في حالة غياب مدير المنتج 2
المسؤوليات الرئيسية للنتائج - تابع
المؤهلات (الأكاديمية، التدريب، اللغات)
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة التقنية أو علوم الحاسوب أو الرياضيات أو ما يعادلها
- شهادة SCRUM Master معتمدة أو شهادة مالك منتج محترف معتمد (اختياري)
- خلفية تقنية قوية مع فهم في تطوير البرمجيات
- القدرة والارتياح في استخدام أدوات التعاون مثل Slack و JIRA
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية
الخبرة العملية
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات كمحلل أعمال أو أخصائي ضمان جودة أو مالك منتج أو مصمم تجربة مستخدم أو مهندس معماري برمجيات
- يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة في مجال الطيران
- خبرة في كتابة قصص المستخدمين ومتطلبات الأعمال
- خبرة في منهجية SCRUM
- سجل حافل بالتسليم الناجح في الوقت المحدد
- فهم جيد لتصميم واجهة المستخدم (UI) أو تجربة المستخدم (UX)
- فهم جيد لاختبار البرمجيات والقدرة على مراجعة حالات الاختبار واعتمادها

Job Description
Job Purpose
- Product Manager is a professional responsible for setting prioritizing and accepting the work generated by a team in order to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product.
- Responsible for develops product concepts generates product requirements determines specifications
- Collaborates with UX designers to come up with usable emotionally attaching and inspecting products that meet users expectations
- Responsible for delivering right product features at the right time and maximising development team performance
Key Result Responsibilities
- Accountable for the success of delivery, owns the entire product backlog and delivery activities this includes grooming development teams responding to queries of the development team promptly
- Ensures stories are ready before the sprint start matching definition of ready and having clear acceptance criteria
- Manages and prioritizes the product backlog along with the Product Manager which matches product vision and client needs
- Liaise between business and development teams to deliver continuous value
- Reviews visual designs developed by UX team
- Reviews test cases written by QA team
- Stays abreast with market trends and new technologies in the domain, researches and conducts comparative analysis with competitors to recommend best practices
- Monitors the development and product teams performance and escalates any potential performance deviation to Product Managers
- Represents ISA in clients’ meetings, solicits feedback on products and services regularly
- Performs any other additional duties as directed by the Product Manager or Senior Product Manager
- Acts as a Product Manager 2 in absence of Product Manager 2
Key Result Responsibilities-Continued
Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)
- Bachelors Degree in Technical Engineering or Computer Science or Math or equivalent
- Certified SCRUM Master or Professional Certified Product Owner (Optional)
- Solid technical background with understanding in software development
- Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Slack JIRA
- Fluent in English Language
Work Experience
- MInimum 4 years of experience as a business analyst QA product owner or UX designer or architect
- Aviation domain expereince is highly preferred
- Experienced in writing user stories business requirements
- Experienced in SCRUM methodology
- Proven track record of successful on time delivery
- Good understanding of UI or UX design
- Good understanding of software testing ability to review and approve test cases
