سيكون منتجع وين جزيرة المرجان أول منتجع متكامل في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. ومن المقرر افتتاحه في عام 2027، وسيكون المنتجع على بُعد 50 ميلاً من مطار دبي الدولي في إمارة رأس الخيمة. وسيضم المنتجع 1,530 غرفة وأجنحة، و22 مطعماً وردهة ومقهى، ومسرحاً، ونادياً شاطئياً. كما سيحتوي على العديد من حمامات السباحة وأحواض الخوض، وسبا فاخر بمستوى خمس نجوم، وصالون تجميل، وممشى للتسوق، ومركز للاحتفالات والفعاليات.

المسؤوليات
تتمثل الواجبات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية لهذا الدور في:
- تطوير استراتيجيات أمن الفعاليات ومواءمتها مع إطار إدارة المخاطر المؤسسية للمنتجع ومعايير العلامة التجارية والأولويات التنظيمية طويلة الأجل.
- ترجمة أهداف الأمن المؤسسي إلى خطط عملانية لأمن الفعاليات تدعم تجربة الضيوف والاستمرارية التشغيلية وحماية السمعة.
- التنسيق مع قيادة المنتجع بشأن التقويمات طويلة الأجل للفعاليات للتنبؤ بمتطلبات الموارد الأمنية ونماذج التوظيف والميزانية.
- تصميم نماذج تشغيلية متكاملة لأمن الفعاليات تراعي مختلف مرافق المنتجع، بما في ذلك الفندق والكازينو والترفيه والتجزئة والمأكولات والمشروبات والمساحات الخارجية.
- قيادة تخطيط السيناريوهات على مستوى المنتجع للفعاليات ذات التأثير العالي مثل زيارات كبار الشخصيات والمهرجانات والمؤتمرات التي تستمر لعدة أيام.

- إجراء تقييمات المخاطر الخاصة بالفعاليات وضمان دمج استراتيجيات التخفيف في خطط الأمن والطوارئ، بما في ذلك إدارة المرور والحشود، بالتنسيق مع فريق الفعاليات وقادة قسم الأمن في وين جزيرة المرجان.
- بحث وتقييم التقنيات المستجدة في أمن الفعاليات، وتقييم الجدوى والتأثير التشغيلي والعائد على الاستثمار طويل الأجل للتبني المحتمل.
- العمل كمسؤول أمني ميداني أثناء الفعاليات الكبرى، والتنسيق لاتخاذ القرارات في الوقت الفعلي مع عمليات مركز القيادة.

نبذة عنك
- المطلوب: درجة البكالوريوس في الأمن، أو إدارة المخاطر، أو إدارة الفعاليات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل: شهادة محترف حماية معتمد (CPP) من الجمعية الدولية للأمن الصناعي (ASIS).
- المطلوب: خبرة تزيد عن 5 سنوات في تخطيط وقيادة الأمن للفعاليات كبيرة الحجم في المرافق الكبرى، أو المنتجات المتكاملة، أو الاستادات، أو أماكن الترفيه، أو البيئات المماثلة ذات الإقبال الكثيف.
- المطلوب: خبرة مثبتة في تطوير خطط أمن الفعاليات، وتقييمات المخاطر، ونماذج التوظيف، واستراتيجيات إدارة الحشود، والتنسيق للاستجابة للطوارئ.
- المطلوب: خبرة في العمل مع السلطات المحلية لإنفاذ القانون، وخدمات الطوارئ، والجهات التنظيمية، وتحركات كبار الشخصيات، أو الفعاليات البارزة في بيئة الضيافة أو الألعاب أو الترفيه.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

Events Manager - Asset Protection to join our
Asset Protection team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Develop and align event security strategies with the resort’s enterprise risk management framework, brand standards, and long‑term organizational priorities.
- Translate corporate security objectives into actionable event‑security plans that support guest experience, operational continuity, and reputation protection.
- Coordinate long‑range event calendars with resort leadership to anticipate security resource needs, staffing models, and budget requirements.
- Design integrated event‑security operating models that account for the resort’s diverse venues, including hotel, casino, entertainment, retail, F&B, and outdoor spaces.
- Lead property‑wide scenario planning for high‑impact events such as VIP visits, festivals, and multi‑day conferences.
- Advise senior leadership on emerging threats, regulatory changes, and global best practices affecting event security.
- Conduct event-specific risk assessments and ensure mitigation strategies are embedded into security and emergency plans, including traffic and crowd management, in coordination with the WMI Events team and Security Division leaders.
- Research and evaluate emerging event‑security technologies, assessing feasibility, operational impact, and long‑term ROI for potential adoption.
- Serve as the on‑scene security lead during major events, coordinating real‑time decision‑making with command‑center operations.
- Benchmark event‑security performance against global hospitality, entertainment, and venue‑security standards; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Integrate security planning with key stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Build strong relationships with local law enforcement, emergency medical services, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure security protocols enhance guest experience while maintaining a hospitality‑focused approach.
- Build and lead a high‑performing event‑security team through training, coaching, and succession planning.
- Develop specialized training programs for crowd management, conflict de‑escalation, cultural awareness, and VIP protection.

About You
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in security, risk management, event management, or a related field.
- Preferred: ASIS International Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
- Required: 5+ years planning and leading security for large-scale events at major venues, integrated resorts, stadiums, entertainment venues, or comparable high-volume environments.
- Required: Demonstrated experience developing event security plans, risk assessments, staffing models, crowd management strategies, and emergency-response coordination.
- Required: Experience working with law enforcement, emergency services, regulatory authorities, VIP movements, or high-profile events in a hospitality, gaming, or entertainment environment.
- Leadership and stakeholder-management skills for cross-functional and multi-agency coordination
- Strategic planning and risk-assessment capability for large-scale events
- Strong analytical skills to interpret threat intelligence and operational data
- Clear, confident communication and executive-level presentation ability
- Program and project management proficiency for multi-phase event cycles
