We are currently seeking a highly talented and motivated Operational Project (OPL) to join our team within our plant in Oujda.

Position Summary

As an OPL, you will Ensure the follow-up and control of new projects at the development phase and according to the group's pre-planning and procedures.

Your Role

As an OPL, you will be in charge of these various accountabilities:

• Use preplanning as a tool for developing and monitoring plant tasks.
• Set up and monitor the PDP.
• Coordinate SOPs and their follow-up (production start).
• Assist production during the prototypes and mass production phase.
• Ensure coordination between all departments to guarantee a good start for new projects.
• Ensure the link with the central customer service.
• Carry out the Operational Gate Review (OGR) and follow up on the action plan.
• Uphold compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.

Your Background

• You got a Bac+5 OR a Master's degree / Engineering Diploma in industrial engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, mechanics, with three years’ experience in the automotive industry or similar position.
• Advanced English is mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required
• Sense of Responsibility, Proactivity and Availability
