We are currently seeking a highly talented and motivated APQP Coordinator to join our Quality team within our plant in Tangier.

Position Summary

Ensure advanced quality planning during the different phases of a project under development and ensure the PPAP flow.

Your Role

As an APQP Coordinator, you will be in charge of these various accountabilities:

• Analyze the customer's product quality requirements.
• Evaluate the manufacturing process in collaboration with the Engineering Department.
• Supervise operating procedures and process control plans.
• Inform the multidisciplinary team of the status of the actions related to "Schedule A" and request actions for the red dots.
• Ensure the availability and validity of production and control equipment.
• Ensure the security of documentation and the proper flow of information within the department.
• Ensure advanced quality planning on the different phases based on the different customer requirements "Schedule A".
• Ensure the "PPAP" certification of the product by respecting the timing of the project.
• Attend the various customer visits and ensure their smooth running.

Your Background

• Engineering degree or master’s degree in quality or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience preferably within the automotive industry.
• Advanced English is mandatory.         
• Knowledge of quality norms and tools
• Knowledge of Measurement Systems Analysis, RPN, …
• Good problem solving, teamwork and communication skills
• Availability, proactivity and sense of responsibility
