We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Moroccan team as an Administrative Assistant. The role of an administrative assistant is multifaceted, involving a wide range of tasks to support the smooth operation of the company.


Responsibilities:




  • Managing Communication: Administrative assistants serve as the contact within the company. They answer the phone, respond to emails, receive visitors, and handle all correspondence, including meetings and appointments.

  • Organizing Accounting data: With the external accountant and different suppliers, they should be able to maintain digital filing (Egnyte), prepare supplier payments to be validated by management, and ensure that documents are easily treated and properly stored (scan, copy…). Archiving is also one of their tasks.

  • Scheduling Calendar Management: They manage the team's schedules for remote and office calendars and coordinate.

  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: They should be able to input data into databases, spreadsheets, and track assets and other internal software. Keeping contact lists and inventory/financial records. Maintaining employee records and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Assisting with Office Supplies: They manage office supplies, organize events, and ensure that maintenance and office equipment are functioning properly.

  • Assisting with Projects: They should support various projects by conducting research and preparing presentations for reporting.

  • Handling Confidential Information: They maintain sensitive information at all times.

Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or accounting.

  • Prior experience in an administrative role or internship is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
