As a Sublimation Operator, your role involves working collaboratively with a team to operate the Sublimation Machine, handling the preparation and completion of sublimation jobs, and providing support for various related tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Operate the Sublimation machine.
• Upload papers and fabric rolls to operate with Sublimation Machine.
• Preparing and completing orders according to the schedule from the supervisor or leader
• Prepare all items in the property looking (well organized) in the workstation.
• Keep all areas in the sublimation area clean and in good condition to store all items.
• Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
• Need to follow company standards (follow any standard that the company provides)
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, and workstations organized and clean.
• Support senior in doing a checklist of machines and other reports.
• Respect rules or all policies that the company applies for sublimation.
• Help other department when free from duties especially helping the production team.
• Contribute to team and effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Skills

WHAT WE ASK

• Good attitude
• Honest with a high commitment to support sublimation job.
• Previous experience with large machines is preferred.
• A minimum graduate from high school or equivalent is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work with the team in high temperatures up to 35 to 40 degrees Celsius.
• Willingness to learn different things – be flexible.
• Understanding of English would be a plus.
