Job Description

The Noor Creative is looking for a creative and organized Part-Time Social Media & Content Assistant to support our Instagram and TikTok accounts.

We are looking for someone who understands social media trends, enjoys creating engaging visual content, and can help maintain a consistent and active presence across our platforms.

This role is ideal for a student, fresh graduate, or junior content creator looking to build experience in social media, content creation, design, and lifestyle/product branding.

Monthly Content Requirements

Instagram

• 8 feed posts / carousels per month
• 4–5 Reels per month
• Approximately 20 Stories per month

TikTok

• 10–15 TikTok videos per month
• Approximately 10–15 TikTok Stories per month

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow a monthly social media content calendar.
• Create, edit, schedule, and publish Instagram and TikTok content.
• Write captions that match the brand's tone of voice.
• Create simple graphics using existing brand guidelines and templates.
• Edit short-form videos for Reels and TikTok.
• Repurpose existing photos and videos into engaging content.
• Research relevant TikTok and Instagram trends.
• Suggest creative content ideas for products, projects, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across social media.
• Organize social media photos, videos, and content files.
• Monitor basic comments and engagement.
• Provide a simple monthly performance overview.
• Attend occasional content-shooting sessions when required.

Working Arrangement

• Part-time
• Approximately 4–6 hours per week
• Flexible working schedule
• Mostly remote
• Occasional in-person content sessions may be required.
• Monthly deliverables will be agreed in advance.

Salary

AED 1,500 per month

There will be an opportunity to review the role and responsibilities based on performance and future business requirements.

Skills

• Good understanding of Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, design, fashion, lifestyle, or culture.
• Video editing skills.
• Graphic design skills.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe applications, or similar tools is preferred.
• Good written English and Arabic.
• Creative, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Awareness of current social media trends.
