- Develop strategies and business plans to meet or exceed sales and achieve goals in territory
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet and territory expectations.
- Assess clients' needs and present suitable products to clients to book orders.
- Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe products utilizing effective selling skills
- Provide product information and deliver product samples
- Manage existing accounts and open new ones
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposium circuits
- Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
- Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest medical data
- Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelors Pharmacy or Life science only.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (Oral & Written).
- Sales experience in Medical Laboratory Equipment and Chemicals.
- Commercial and business awareness.
- Sales and customer relationship skills
- UAE Drive License.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivation and ambition
