Medical Representative:

Job Description

  • Develop strategies and business plans to meet or exceed sales and achieve goals in territory
  • Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet and territory expectations.
  • Assess clients' needs and present suitable products to clients to book orders.
  • Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe products utilizing effective selling skills
  • Provide product information and deliver product samples
  • Manage existing accounts and open new ones
  • Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposium circuits
  • Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
  • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
  • Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest medical data
  • Mandatory Skills: 
  • Bachelors Pharmacy or Life science only.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (Oral & Written).
  • Sales experience in Medical Laboratory Equipment and Chemicals.
  • Commercial and business awareness.
  • Sales and customer relationship skills
  • UAE Drive License.
