  •  Must have an knowledge if hard scape. 

  • Plans, schedules, assigns, supervises, and participates in the work of a gardening crew engaged in: Mowing, edging, watering, raking, reseeding, fertilizing, spraying and weeding lawns and turf; Planting, pruning and shaping, trimming, staking, cultivating, transplanting, and watering trees, shrubs, ground cover, flowers, and hedges.

  • Reviews assigned staff's work in progress for adherence to job specifications, safety regulations and project time lines.

  • New grass Installation and maintenance schedule.

  • Confers with personnel and organizations in coordinating and scheduling gardening work in connection with various activities

  • Trains employees on job duties and safety regulations, protection and safety procedures for handling toxic or hazardous materials used on the job.

  • Inspects for and eliminates hazards in gardening areas.

  • Estimates costs, manpower needed, and time necessary for completion of gardening on weekly / monthly basis.

  • Prepares job specifications and progress reports on gardening work projects.

  • Requisitions and controls supplies and equipment for a gardening running and new projects such new installation for set up, decoration for designing for the new project.

  • Must have a knowledge of equipment and machinery for all kind of gardening.

  • Supervises the recycling of leaves, grass, and other organic waste.

  • Must have a knowledge of chemicals, sprays for flies and pest control.

  • Must have an enough knowledge of repairs, plumbing, automatic sprinkler, irrigation system and adjustments on equipment used in gardening, gardening tools, sprinkler heads and hoses.

  • Must be aware about the seasonal plant requirements for indoor, outdoor of gardening.

  • Principles of supply inventory and control
