- 负责管理人事行政专员日常工作习惯与工作分配
Responsible for managing the daily work and assignments of personnel and administrative commissioners
- 对新进人员的工作经验、学历、背景等做复查
Understand applicant work experience, education and background, and help the company analyze and consider applicant according company standards.
- 对人事行政专员的基础工作做监督与指导
Supervise and guide the basic work of the personnel administration commissioner
- 负责公司人事行政一切事宜,包含培训及HRBP,员工关系Responsible for all matters of company personnel administration, including training and HRBP, employee relations
人力资源行政职位要求 :
Requirements :
- 愿意到迪拜工作
Willing to work in Dubai
- 中英文流利
Fluent in Chinese and English
- 本科以上的学历(人力资源管理专业)
Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (HR major is preferred )
- 持有SPHRI 、PHRI或GPHR人力资源国际证书优先。
Have SPHRI, PHRI or GPHR international human resources certificate is preferred.
- 熟悉电脑操作及办公软件
Familiarization with computer operations and office software
- 具有办公室管理员、办公室助理或相关角色的丰富经验
Have HRBP and management experience , HR work experience is preferred
- 具有良好的沟通能力,有良好细致的工作习惯
Have good communication skills, have good and meticulous work habits, and strive for excellence in work
- 抗压能力强,有勇于突破困难的精神
Can handle pressure, have the courage to break through difficulties
- 国籍不限(中国大陆籍除外)
Any nationality ( Not hiring for Chinese nationality )
