Our client is into Health Care/Pharma Industry. They are now looking for a Translation Coordinator to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordination of translation activities of English source text , ERMC team, and LOCs.
- Ensuring the accuracy of the translated Product Information Annexes of Marketing Authorization against the reference English document in compliance with EU, reference country, and /or local legislations.
- Performing and/or co-ordination of Quality Check (QC) of local PI in cooperation with external vendors and LOCs.
- Maintaining the compliance of locally translated PIs in the company-validated repository system.
- Being in touch and effectively communicating with other ERMC sub-teams and other stakeholders.
- Support in preparing documentation for the Regulatory Affairs team.
Skills
Preference:
- Knowledge of regional requirements in labelling management.
- Previous experience in labelling management and Regulatory Affairs.
- Strong interpersonal and Collaborative skills
- Strong in implementing SOPs and following processes in a compliant manner
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a B.A. /B.S. within a technical-related discipline is required.
- 1 – 3 years of experience with strong preference for candidates in a regulated industry like pharma or healthcare.
- Fluent in English written and spoken plus Arabic.
