Our client is into Health Care/Pharma Industry. They are now looking for a Translation Coordinator to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordination of translation activities of English source text , ERMC team, and LOCs.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the translated Product Information Annexes of Marketing Authorization against the reference English document in compliance with EU, reference country, and /or local legislations.
• Performing and/or co-ordination of Quality Check (QC) of local PI in cooperation with external vendors and LOCs.
• Maintaining the compliance of locally translated PIs in the company-validated repository system.
• Being in touch and effectively communicating with other ERMC sub-teams and other stakeholders.
• Support in preparing documentation for the Regulatory Affairs team.

Skills

Preference:

• Knowledge of regional requirements in labelling management.
• Previous experience in labelling management and Regulatory Affairs.
• Strong interpersonal and Collaborative skills
• Strong in implementing SOPs and following processes in a compliant manner

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a B.A. /B.S. within a technical-related discipline is required.
• 1 – 3 years of experience with strong preference for candidates in a regulated industry like pharma or healthcare.
• Fluent in English written and spoken plus Arabic.
