Job Title: Hotel Cleaner/Janitor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Cleaner/Janitor. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. This position involves general cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing, to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in our hotel.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working condition.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently and independently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move cleaning supplies.

Working Conditions:
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting.
Exposure to cleaning chemicals.
