We are currently seeking a dynamic and caring individual to join our team as a Kids Club Attendant. The Kids Club Attendant will play a vital role in providing a safe, entertaining, and educational environment for children staying at our resort. If you have a passion for working with children, enjoy planning creative activities, and excel in providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Welcome children and families to the Kids Club, introducing them to the facilities and available activities.
Plan and organize age-appropriate games, crafts, and recreational activities to engage children and encourage social interaction.
Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being during indoor and outdoor activities.
Assist with meal times, snacks, and hydration breaks, adhering to any dietary restrictions or special instructions provided by parents/guardians.
Maintain a clean and orderly Kids Club environment, including sanitizing toys, equipment, and play areas regularly.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child’s participation, behavior, and any concerns or special requests.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where children feel welcome, valued, and supported.
Collaborate with other resort staff, including front desk agents, concierge, and activity coordinators, to coordinate schedules and logistics for Kids Club programming.
Adhere to all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and child protection guidelines.

Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for creating fun and memorable experiences for children.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to manage behavior and resolve conflicts in a calm and positive manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
