Procurement Officer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and a proven track record of negotiating and managing supplier contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate contracts and terms.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure that contractual obligations are met.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that purchasing needs are met.
Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels.
Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
