Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers’ homes, offices, or other designated locations in a timely manner.
Navigate assigned delivery routes using GPS or maps and ensure timely arrival at each destination.
Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with customers during deliveries.
Verify orders and ensure accuracy before leaving the restaurant, checking for completeness and quality.
Handle cash and credit card payments from customers, process transactions accurately, and return change as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles, including routine inspection and maintenance checks.
Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and parking delivery vehicles.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding delivery operations, including food handling and sanitation guidelines.
Communicate with dispatchers, restaurant staff, and customers to address any issues or concerns related to deliveries.
Assist with other tasks in the restaurant, such as packing orders, answering phones, and helping with kitchen operations during slow periods.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred but not required.
Excellent driving skills and familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods.
Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry items weighing.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
