Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and provide warm, welcoming assistance with luggage and personal belongings.
Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable check-in experience.
Familiarize guests with hotel facilities, amenities, and services, including dining options, recreational activities, and local attractions.
Provide information and assistance to guests regarding room features, key card operation, and in-room amenities.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special arrangements promptly and courteously, striving to exceed their expectations.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in public areas, including the lobby, entrance, and baggage storage areas.
Assist with valet parking services, including retrieving and parking guests’ vehicles as needed.
Collaborate with front desk staff, concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Adhere to safety and security procedures, including proper handling of guest luggage and adherence to hotel policies and regulations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and transport heavy luggage and objects.
Professional appearance and grooming standards.
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options a plus.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
