Our client is a leading Management Consultancy firm. They are now looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join them.

 

  Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate the new joiners’ induction week.
  • Support continuously new joiners post-onboarding in admin activities.
  • Provide administration support.
  • Facilitate end-to-end training.
  • Register employees to global and local mandatory trainings.
  • Assist in reporting on training needs and progress.
  • Coordinate with training taskforce on onboarding training changes and improvement.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate

 Preference:

  • 6 Years of experience in relevant field
