Our client is a leading Management Consultancy firm. They are now looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the new joiners’ induction week.
- Support continuously new joiners post-onboarding in admin activities.
- Provide administration support.
- Facilitate end-to-end training.
- Register employees to global and local mandatory trainings.
- Assist in reporting on training needs and progress.
- Coordinate with training taskforce on onboarding training changes and improvement.
