• Deliver up-to-date results regarding supporting the CLA team in regard to the following (including but not limited to):
o Any legal/ regulatory or general research
o Any initial draft of legal or corporate correspondence that may be required in order
to liaise with external bodies (governmental or non-governmental) o All relevant administrative tasks
• Work with the People and Culture team to ensure seamless onboarding of UAE National employees by, including but not limited to:
o providing advice on and supporting the process of UAE National pension, NAFIS and all other Government entity registration
o liaising with Government entities, including but not limited to, NAFIS and MOHRE to support with UAE National registration and any queries related throughout an employee life cycle with Imperial Brands
- Follow up regularly on files in order to ensure proper filing of hard copies and keep up parallel soft copies arranged in the same order.
- File and follow up on results of research to verify any further action necessary.
- Set up a collaboration relationship with the PRO of the Company in order to follow up on
- matters that require legal supervision.
- Assist in any other legal and corporate affairs administrative issues as requested.

- Dealing with governmental and non-governmental institutions and connecting with individuals
- Middle East legislation & geopolitcal environment
- knowledge of Emiratization registration processes
- Proficient in MS office and research engines
- Well-developed research, administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
