IT Officer ( Emiratization / Nationals):
Accountabilities:
- Provide IT Helpdesk/Desktop support for the end users.
- Responsible for IT Communication.
- Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
- Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems.
- Shall serve as the technical expert and focal point for IT enquiries.
Skills
Qualification and Skills:
- Fresh Graduate with Computer / IT background is welcomed resources.
- 1/- Year IT Helpdesk / Desktop / Technical Support experience is preferred.
- Emiratization / Nationals is mandatory.
- Able to learn / potential resources.
- Customer focus/Communication Skills.
- Background of IT Ticketing System.
