Young F&B Startup Looking for an Office Assistant/ Digital Marketer

We are a husband and wife team that recently launched a new F&B startup. Our company builds virtual brands that are available for delivery only.


Laptop and phone provided. Our office is located in Dubai Hills. It's a massive plus if you also have a driver's license. We appreciate hard work and reward our staff as much as possible. Our goal is to create a comfortable and fun work environment.

Skills


The ideal candidate should have excellent written and spoken English to deal with customers. You will be responsible for updating digital menus, uploading menus to platforms, stock take in the cloud kitchen, ordering supplies, and other administrative tasks.


Other tasks may include social media posting and managing the content calendar. We have multiple profiles on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn that are updated daily.



Tools that we use include:

-Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

- Canva

- Later

- Photoshop (Basics)

- Notion

- Clickup

- Slack

- Dropbox


We do not expect you to know every tool and be skilled in every task- there will be on-the-job training and guidance. You will work alongside the owners on most days.
