Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls to potential clients.

2. Qualify leads by understanding their real estate needs, budget, and timeline.

3. Provide information on available properties, market trends, and real estate services.

4. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

5. Guide clients through the real estate buying or selling process, closing deals effectively.

6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

• 7. Stay informed about current real estate market trends and competitor offerings.

Skills

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive . The Telesales Executive will be responsible for consulting with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and creating and maintaining relationships with clients. The Telesales Executive will also be responsible for sales and real estate transactions, including leasing and selling properties.

Qualifications

Consulting and communication skills, with the ability to understand clients needs

Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized guidance to clients

Sales skills, with the ability to close deals and negotiate contracts

Real Estate knowledge and experience, with a deep understanding of the market

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred

UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred

• Experience in the real estate industry and knowledge of UAE real estate regulations is preferred.
