Job Title: Cleaner/Janitor

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaners/Janitors to join our team. The Cleaner/Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for staff and visitors. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and countertops
Restock restroom supplies and replenish cleaning products as needed
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation to and from work
