We are looking for Operation Advisor in Abu Dhabi to coordinate and oversee operations day to day activities, ensuring the operating vendor fulfill their KPIs and SLAs with regards to incident resolution. Report daily progress to the operations director and ensure escalation is made on time following the escalation process put forward. Plan and communicate continuous enhancements and engage with the right stakeholders and committees to get the right approval in place. Oversee the operating model and ensure availability of the platform around the clock.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure operations are conducted in a cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Procurement management and renewal of all operational contracts and licenses.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs and SLAs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise operation team.
• Maintain the quality of services at all times.

Skills

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role for the last 10 years.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with business and financial principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership ability and outstanding organizational skills.
• Degree in Information systems, Operations Management, or any related field, ITSM certification is a must.
