We are a dynamic real estate agency in Dubai seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Telecaller & Administrative Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for the fast-paced world of real estate!
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and qualify potential clients
- Schedule appointments for real estate agents with interested clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage and maintain real estate listings in our database
- Assist agents with administrative tasks, such as preparing documents and managing schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a telecalling or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn
- Arabic and English fluency is a must
