Responsibilities:
-Full Shop Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop.
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
-Supplier Management:
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers.
- Source new suppliers for products as needed.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers.
-Customer Management:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
- Provide product information and advice to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner.
-Social Media Management:
- Manage the company's social media accounts.
- Create engaging content to promote products and interact with customers.
- Monitor social media trends and respond to comments and messages.
-Document Maintaining:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer information.
- Prepare reports as required by management.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed and organized.
-Duty hours
Skills
- Proven work experience as a shop sales manager or similar role in the furniture industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in social media management.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Languages - English, Arabic and Hindi
