Corporate Services Administrator

Job Description

  • Provide corporate advisory services with respect to business set up, company formation and corporate structuring and restructuring.
  • Handle and manage new business set up and companies' formation process and requirements of all forms of companies (mainland, free zone, offshore).
  • Keep abreast of latest UAE law and procedures with respect to AML, corporate compliance, ultimate beneficiary owner.
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date clients' records within our CRM system.
  • Proactively engage with clients to maintain satisfactory/long-lasting client relationships.
  • Proceed with ESR's reporting and fillings.
  • Draft diverse corporate legal documents including resolutions, changes of directors and shareholders, attestation and legalization, issuance of certificates, bank account openings.
  • Maintain proactive communication with government departments, free zones and banks.


Skills

Qualifications

  • You hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in law or business.
  • You have min 3 years' experience in a similar role in a reputable Corporate Services Provider or a law firm in the UAE.
  • You are a commercially minded, entrepreneurial individual who is self-motivated and able to thrive in a target driven environment.
  • You have a perfect command of English, spoken and written.
  • You are a fast learner, motivated, dynamic, able to work independently, and eager to develop strong relationships with clients in an international context.
