Receptionist/Training Coordinator and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Receptionist/Training Coordinator and Marketing Executive. 

Receptionist/Training Coordinator:

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, while also assisting in coordinating training programs and logistics.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and training participants in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
  4. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  5. Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  6. Communicate with clients and participants regarding training schedules, venue details, and registration procedures.
  7. Prepare training materials, including handouts, presentations, and equipment setup as needed.
  8. Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and guest speakers to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
  9. Monitor training attendance and provide administrative support during training sessions.
  10. . Assist in post-training activities, including collecting feedback, updating databases, and preparing training reports.


Marketing Executive:

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting training programs, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service to clients, while also assisting in the coordination and delivery of training sessions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote training programs and services, including digital marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and targeted outreach.
  2. Generate leads and identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and conferences.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their training needs and offering tailored solutions.
  4. Respond to inquiries and provide information about training programs, pricing, and registration procedures in a prompt and professional manner.
  5. Collaborate with the training team to coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars according to client requirements.
  6. Assist in the preparation of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia resources.
  7. Attend and support training sessions as needed, ensuring a positive experience for participants and addressing any issues or concerns.
  8. Provide post-training follow-up and support, including collecting feedback, issuing certificates, and facilitating further engagement opportunities.
  9. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  10. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads, client interactions, and training session details


Bachelor's degree is required or related field is preferred.

Marketing Executive:

  1. Proficiency in marketing strategies, including digital marketing, lead generation, branding, and content creation for promoting training services, attracting clients, and increasing brand visibility in the competitive training industry.
  2. Strong sales skills, including lead qualification, prospecting, negotiation, and closing for converting leads into clients, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets for training programs.
