Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to site engineers, technicians, and laborers, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring optimal performance.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Progress Reporting: Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and any potential issues or delays, providing regular updates and reports.
• Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical queries, manage deliveries, and address any on-site challenges.
• Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure that the project stays within budget constraints.

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in fit-out projects.

• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
