What you will do:
- Perform assigned repairs promptly, meeting or exceeding standard time expectations.
- Proactively anticipate potential future failures, providing accurate additional job reports with correct part numbers.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards during service/repair activities, adhering to established job flow procedures.
- Execute necessary repairs according to manufacturer standards, ensuring correct fixes in a First-Time Right (FRFT) manner.
- Utilize relevant check sheets and log sheets during diagnosis and repair processes, following prescribed procedures meticulously.
Skills
Required skills to be successful:
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with expertise in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues.
- Familiarity with a wide range of workshop equipment and tools, capable of utilizing them effectively.
- Ability to interpret and analyze drawings, schematics, and service manuals, facilitating accurate repairs.
- Proficiency in basic PC skills to navigate digital resources and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration within the team and clear communication with customers.
