Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attending site to control subcontractors’ activities.
- Use the right strategy for material, labour, and tools to be used on a daily basis.
- Coordinating with engineering and project management teams to ensure that the project design is correct before work commences.
- Ensuring that safety policies are strictly followed in the case of site assembly of plants. Ensuring all staff have a basic understanding of safety procedures, safety rules, and safety requirements.
- Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met.
Preference:
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- Professional Certifications (e.g. CMRP or HVAC certified) are preferred
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
