Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR and admin policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes and handle employee relations issues and conflicts, including mediation and counselling
- Maintain employee records and documentation, including payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations
- Oversee office management tasks, including vendor management, facility management, and inventory control

About the Client:
A leading real estate development company for residential and commercial properties across UAE.
Qualifications:
- 35 years old and below
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in HR and admin management; 3 years of which must be in the UAE
- Experience organizations with 50 or more employees is preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Experience with ERP systems and processing UAE entry permits and visas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software
