What you will do
Application Management:
• To support, test, troubleshoot & enhance existing SAP SuccessFactors talent solutions to agreed service level standards.
• Investigates and develops specifications for system changes to handle workloads and high availability.
• Develops and maintains documentation for technical solution modifications.
Solution Delivery:
• Work with internal and external implementation team members and partners to contribute to the development, testing and deployment of solutions.
• Adheres to product management and maintenance standards by maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of internal and external product best practices.
Other Key Responsibilities:
• To liaise with relevant managers and stakeholders in IT to ensure full collaboration and understanding on critical topics as one IT team.
• Contribute to the improvement of the solutions and business processes.

• Ability to manage key Stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Arabic will be an added advantage as we have projects in pipeline which require proficiency in writing, speaking, listening, and reading.
What equips you for the role
• College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Proficient understanding and knowledge of SuccessFactors platform and talent modules
• Analysis and troubleshooting skills used to support end users, client-side experience is preferred.
• Experience in implementing/supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules like Recruiting, Onboarding 1.0, PMGM, Succession & CDP, and Learning
