Job Description: *Candidate Should be Able to join immediately*

  • Manage logistics Operations including imports, exports, cross-trade, procurement, inventory control, storage, transportation, and order fulfilment activities.
  • Review Letter of Credit draft received from customer & advice on amendments if any before arranging shipment.
  • Co-ordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarding agents to ensure best freight rates and timely shipments.
  • Work with international freight forwarders to ensure that all shipments reach their destination on-time and resolving any issues that may arise, including delays and damages if any.
  • Responsible for preparing documents, arranging transport for the movement of vehicles to other GCC countries.
  • Responsible for monitoring inland deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintain accurate logs of transportation.
  • Well versed with Dubai Trade and Dubai Customs system (E-Mirsal II). Documentation and Submission on E-Mirsal II and E-Clearance of Bill of Entry in Dubai Trade web portal.

·       Procurement

  • Manage end-to-end procurement process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers for potential business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and plan purchasing activities accordingly.
  • Responsible for making Purchase orders, getting approvals and submit to finance to process payment. Ensuring that all invoices are processed correctly and on time.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and delivery standards are met.
  • Enter all order information in SAP operating system timely and with a very high level of precision.


Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication along with excellent negotiation skills.
  • A professional who is familiar with all the legal obligations and ISO requirements.
  • Must be capable of handling all logistics software and Microsoft Office.
